Shriya Saran is one of the very few actresses whose fitness is always admired. According to sources close to the hourglass beauty, three things are behind her maintaining a slim physique.

“No crash diets and no tough workouts at gym. Shriya keeps her body fit by doing just three things - Yoga, cycling and swimming,” the sources say, adding: “And she reads a lot too.”

Saying that Shriya always believed in the concept of ‘a sound mind in a sound body’, they add: “Hence, she reads a lot whenever she gets a break. Books on various subjects are there in her collection.”

Shriya is currently having few South projects in her kitty, besides Deepa Mehta’s forthcoming English venture ‘Midnights Children’.
